Approach: Developed a set of hiring rubrics across 3 main categories (cognitive, cultural, experience) and corresponding set of questions to evaluate candidates in structured interviews. Set up a new hiring process and organised sourcing and evaluation. 

Result: 12 new hires in 6 weeks; no churn in 12 months.
